Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Your Opinion Community application ("App") or website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

To use Your Opinion Community, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident of any country where participation is prohibited by local law
• Provide accurate, truthful registration information

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, devices, or identities is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at support@youropinioncommunity.com.

By participating in surveys, you agree to:

• Provide honest, thoughtful, and accurate responses
• Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete surveys
• Not use VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools to misrepresent your location
• Not share survey content with third parties
• Not attempt to complete surveys for which you do not qualify

Survey content is confidential and belongs to our research clients. We reserve the right to disqualify responses and withhold rewards for suspicious, low-quality, or fraudulent participation.

Rewards are earned by completing qualifying surveys and activities as indicated in the App. Reward values are displayed in the App and are subject to change without notice. Rewards have no cash value until redeemed and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the App's redemption system. We reserve the right to expire unused reward balances after 12 months of account inactivity. Redemption requests are processed within 24 hours subject to fraud verification. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards where fraud, policy violations, or technical errors are suspected.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use another person's account
• Use the same PayPal email, bank account, or payment method across multiple accounts
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location
• Engage in any fraudulent activity including providing false demographic information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all rewards, and may result in legal action.

We use automated systems to detect fraudulent activity including, but not limited to: device fingerprinting, IP analysis, behavioural analysis, and payment method matching across accounts. If we detect that your device has been used for multiple account registrations, that the same PayPal email has been used across multiple accounts, or that you have otherwise violated our fraud policy, we will immediately cancel all pending rewards and permanently suspend your account. Suspected fraud may be reported to relevant authorities. You may appeal a suspension within 14 days by contacting support@youropinioncommunity.com with your account details and a written explanation.

The App, Site, logo, brand name, survey content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Your Opinion Community or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written consent. By submitting survey responses, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your anonymised responses for research and analytical purposes.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We are fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, Poland's RODO, Turkey's KVKK, and Japan's APPI, as applicable.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Survey availability and reward amounts may vary and are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Opinion Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of rewards, data, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of rewards credited to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Account Settings in the App. Upon termination, any unredeemed rewards are forfeited and your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Your Opinion Community is incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by local consumer protection law.
