Your Opinion Community operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your home country, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services.

• Account data: Retained while your account is active, plus 2 years after account deletion for legal compliance
• Survey response data: Anonymised and retained indefinitely for research purposes; personally-linked responses deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Payment records: 7 years for tax and financial compliance
• Support communications: 3 years
