You must be 18 years or older to register and earn rewards on Your Opinion. This is required for legal compliance and to ensure responsible financial transactions.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts, using multiple email addresses, or sharing accounts is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and cancellation of any pending rewards.

Earnings vary by country, profile completeness, and how actively you participate. Most active users earn $10–$60 per week. Users with fully completed profiles and daily activity tend to earn the most. There is no cap on how much you can earn.

Survey availability depends on your profile completeness and demographic information. Make sure your profile is 100% complete — this is the single biggest factor in unlocking more surveys. Also ensure notifications are enabled so you don't miss new surveys as they become available.

Unlike most survey apps, Your Opinion offers partial credit when you are screened out partway through a survey. You will receive a small reward for your time even if you don't qualify. You won't leave empty-handed.

Most surveys take between 2 and 10 minutes to complete. The estimated time and reward are shown before you start each survey, so you can choose which ones fit your schedule.

Yes. Surveys are available in the local language for most of our supported countries. German users receive German surveys, Korean users receive Korean surveys, and so on.

Most payouts are processed within 24 hours of your redemption request. PayPal transfers are typically instant once approved. Amazon and Visa gift cards are delivered to your registered email address.

No. There is absolutely no minimum balance required. You can redeem your earnings at any time, even from your very first reward. Your money, your rules.

You can redeem your earnings for PayPal cash, Amazon gift cards (available for your local Amazon store), Visa prepaid cards, and additional local reward options depending on your country. More reward types are added regularly.

Rewards may be cancelled if we detect fraudulent activity on your account, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, using the same PayPal email across multiple accounts, using VPNs to misrepresent your location, or providing false profile information. PayPal payments typically arrive within a few hours. If 24 hours have passed, please check your PayPal email address is correct in your account settings. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@youropinioncommunity.com with your transaction ID.

Yes. Your Opinion is fully GDPR compliant. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Survey responses are shared with research clients in an anonymous, aggregated format only. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. Note that deleting your account will forfeit any unredeemed rewards. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password', enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

Yes. Go to Account → Settings → Email Address and follow the verification steps. Note that your PayPal reward email is separate and can be updated under Account → Rewards.

Share your unique referral link with friends. When a friend signs up using your link and completes their first survey, you earn a referral bonus credited to your reward balance. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.

Go to Account → Refer Friends in the app. Your unique referral link and code are displayed there. You can copy the link or share it directly to WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other platform.

Referral bonuses are credited after your referred friend completes their first survey (not just signs up). If it has been more than 48 hours since they completed a survey and you haven't received the bonus, contact support with the friend's registered email address.
